Store Policies

Because We Care

  • Shipping: We ship throughout the United States. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days via USPS. Your purchase will be beautifully packaged. 

  • Returns: We hope that you love all your purchases from Trendy B Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 days of you receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Using USPS.
    No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to
    Trendy B Boutique, 112 Main Street, Marble Falls, Texas, 78654.
    Please include the reason for your return.
    Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 60 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
    Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale. (blogger codes and welcome codes do not apply and are eligible for return).
    Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leggings, earrings, etc., will not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
    Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will not be accepted.
    Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
    Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at trendybboutique@aol.com and forward photos of any damage.

  • Payment Options: Trendy B Boutique accepts PayPal! Once you confirm your order, you will be taken to a secure checkout page where you can enter your PayPal username and password (if you have an account) or simply pay with your American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. You do no need a PayPal account to checkout.

  • Damages: Please return items damaged during shipping within 5 days of receipt. We will credit you the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail, so please insure your package and use a bubble-wrap mailer. Contact Trendy B Boutique via email, upon receipt, as to inform of the damaged item due to shipping. Trendy B Boutique will not be responsible for any damages to clothing or jewelry that occur as the result of the owner’s care.

  • Privacy Statement: Trendy B Boutique does NOT sell or share any customer information with an outside source. Occasionally, we use customer information to send special announcements, invitations, sale notices, or cards. If you prefer not to receive such announcements, please let us know.
